Dans un peu plus de deux semaines se déroulera la conférence Social Media Impact 2011, l’une des premières (si ce n’est la première) conférence sur les médias sociaux en entreprise en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient.

Mr Ahmed Mohd Hassan Buhazzais a leader in the IT industry, having spent more than 15 years in leading IT operations and innovations in multiple industry segments across the GCC. He played a major role raising Social Media Public Awareness within Kingdom of Bahrain and Arab Region for Individual, Corporate and National use at a Strategic Level. His leading role makes him a frequent keynote speaker choice and an author of several research articles.Ahmed is currently Assistant Director at the eGovernment Authority of Bahrain. He is a double Master degree holder with an MBA from University of Glamorgan and Masters in Finance from University of DePaul.

 

Matthew Fraser (@FraserMatthew) is a senior consultant and researcher focusing on media and entertainment industries. He is also the author of the Book “throwing sheep in the Boardroom: How online Social Networking will change your life, Work and World” published in 2009. Besides his teachings at Sciences Po Paris, he is also a lecturer at INSEAD. Matthew was previously a correspondent and columnist at the Globe and Mail, Montreal Gazette and National Post and subsequently appointed Editor-in-Chief of the National Post.Michael is a graduate of the London School of Economics, Oxford University, Université de Paris I and L’Institut d’études Politiques de Paris, where earned a doctorate in political science.

 

 

Michael Brito (@Britopian) is a vice president at Edelman Digital (International Communication and PR Agency) and leads the digital team in Silicon Valley. Previously, Michael worked for major companies including, Sony Electronics, Hewlett Packard, Yahoo! and Intel Corporation working in various marketing, social media and community management roles. 

 

Marouane Harmach  (@marouane_h) is a consultant, blogger and co-Director of Consultor.ma. He is regularly working on several consulting assignments for private and public companies and organisations by putting in place social media strategies and managing e-reputation, e-government, information systems, business processes transformation. Marouane holds a degree from the Ecole des Sciences de l’Information in Morocco as well as a Master degree from ISCACE Business School. 
Marie Khayat (@MarieKhayat) is Marketing, Enterprise 2.0 and Social Media consultant. She is also a lecturer in ESSEC Business School. Marie has worked as a Business Development Director as well as a Partnerships and Alliances Director for Schlumberger before joining Atos origin as a director of Global Telecom Market.Before that, Marie was in charge of the Systems Integration Marketing Department for Sema Group.

 

 

Sara Magdalena Golderberger (@SaraGoldberger) has a substantial international experience in PR & Communication. She has worked as an International PR & Communication Manager for several multinationals like: Dexia, Philips, Aerospace, Defense Industries Association of Europe and Eurocontrol.Sara has also held several positions and responsibilities related to Public Relations for the European Commission, Microsoft, Digital Age Design, and Andréasson on Public Relations. Sara is a Communication and PR graduate from the Lund University, Sweden. 
Delphine Remy-Boutang (@DelphineRB) is WW Digital, Social Media Marketing Manager at IBM. She joined IBM 11 years ago and is based in London. Prior to her current role, she held a number of positions within IBM communications, marketing and Sales. Before joining IBM, she worked at EURO RSCG (ADSA) and Alain Carre in Paris where she was responsible of Public Relations. In her current role, she leads efforts in moving IBM Software Group marketing into online and social media marketing, focused on driving innovative marketing capabilities via the web, driving digital influence strategy and execution across the Geographies. She is a frequent speaker at seminars, IBM conferences on the subject of social media marketing and its effective use. She was invited recently as guest blogger on France Television blog to talk about Social @ IBM and IBM transformation into a social business. France Télévisions is the French public national television broadcaster and a member of Marvelous interactive in Japan. She was recently interviewed by BtoB Magazine in a article “The Social Life”.  Zafer Younis (@zaferyounis)is a marketing specialist who is paving new ways for companies to connect with their consumers in the digital space. He is the co-founder and CEO of The Online Project where his team develops and executes social media strategies for Fortune 500 companies and high profile organizations operating in the Middle East and North Africa. Zafer co-founded his first company: Modern Media, LTD, a Jordanian media house that owns and operates two popular radio stations, including the award winning radio station Play 99.6, which received recognition from the US-based National Association for Broadcasters in 2007. Modern Media offers consulting services to regional radio stations, and designs direct marketing promotions for advertisers.Zafer hold a BA (Business Finance) from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA (Engineering) from the University College London (UCL)
Marshall Sponder (@webmetricsguru) is an independent Web Analytics and SEO/SEM specialist working in the field of market research, social media, networking and PR. He is the author of the book “Social Media analytics” edited BY McGraw-Hill. Michael has held many management and marketing positions in IBM, Monster, Porter Novelli PR, and NOW.SEO.He is currently a Board member Emeritus at the Web Analytics Association. Marshall holds a Masters of Arts in Communications and Computer Graphics of New York Institute of Technology.

 

Benoit Thieulin (@thieulin) has led the web campaign for the French presidential elections in 2007 for Ségoléne Royal. He was the Director of the Multimedia and Governmental Communication Department. Benoit has also been managing the company Netscouade, an internet agency specialised in New Media in 2007.He is a graduate of l’Institut d’Etudes politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).

 

Michalis Mavis has more than 30 years international experience in the Telecommunications and IT security sector. Michalis has successfully completed different assignments related to counselling and support regarding the ‘related risks’ associated with social networks for many international organisations (Greece, Lithuania, Armenia, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates….).He has also held the position of security engineer for NATO in Belgium as well as other positions in project management for Eurescom (European Institute for Research & Strategic Studies in Telecommunications) in Germany. Hervé Kabla (@HerveKabla) is the founder and CEO of BlogAngels, and co-founder of Media Aces. Hervé has taught in many conferences on social media, web 2.0 blogs, corporate blogs, corporate communication and e-reputation. Before working as a blogAngels CEO, Hervé was Chief Technical Officer for Ekoz Technology, and  held the position of R&D Manager and Sales Information System Director for Dassault Systemes.Hervé is a graduate from l’Ecole Polytechnique de Paris as well as l’Ecole Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris.
